RPS Consultancy strives to continue to lead the industry in Primavera P6 Training from 2022. Our training classes include case studies; project-based learning, learning based on real-life examples, assignments, What-if schedules, and practice tests. Students are given hands-on Primavera P6 training by using Professional (Windows) based access through their computer. Our training provides best practices on how to create, update, and manage projects successfully in P6. Project managers, construction managers, and schedulers will become fluent in the basic skills needed to build project plans, manage timelines, assign resources, and track project performance.
Our popular course is Project Management Fundamentals in P6 (RPS 106), which is an introduction to P6 Professional (Windows client). If you would like to enhance your knowledge more in-depth then our advanced course, (RPS 110) is designed to give users more advanced tools and functionality. In addition to the advanced training course (RPS 116), you will learn more in detail about earned value techniques and primavera P6 reports.
RPS instructors continuously strive to help students understand concepts and techniques for using Primavera P6 Professional. The course format is recommended for small class sizes of up to four people.
